On an initial call, I will listen to you, ask a few questions and learn about your ambitions and obstacles.  I prefer to then go away, give the conversation considered thought and come back with a recommendation on if we can help and how that might look. I have processes, but everything is customized, because every client is unique. There is no cost involved until we agree on a specific plan of attack.
